Shipping policy

About the delivery method The delivery method is the method specified by our shop, and in principle, the customer cannot choose it.

As a general rule, we do not accept dates or time zones.

Products will be shipped after the exhibition is over, and basically it will arrive within 2 to 3 days after the delivery is completed. (In the case of remote islands, it may take 3 to 4 days.)
This does not apply in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held. Please note.

When packing, we will prepare for shipping with due consideration so that the outer box will not be scratched or dented, but after delivery to the delivery company, some trouble during transportation or damage due to the responsibility of the delivery company may occur. 
Please forgive scratches and dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit.
